[ckan-dev] @search_related not working properly

The tests marked @search_related don't seem to be getting run on
postgres for some reason. (The intention is that they shouldn't run on
sqlite but should on postgres.)

On the buildbot you can see that in TestHomeController only 3 tests
get run, when there are bunch more marked @search_related:

If anyone can shed light on this, it'd be much appreciated.
