Hi Friedrich,

Great to see the language selection at the bottom of the ckan web
page. Many of these languages are not 100% translated though - is it
ok if I make the displayed list configurable? e.g.:
ckan.locales = en de fr it

BTW we may need Welsh language for DGU!
