Obviously I want to call them CREPs :)  But seeing as no-one else is
bearing down on the subject with a minus one, perhaps we can.

Though they may never be turned into docs.  I was thinking for many
new features the CREP would remain the best documentation --
particularly useful to refer to in new release notes.

Then again, I guess if we're not to break release notes we need to
commit to not breaking ticket URLs in the future anyway.

The format I made in the Wiki works in Trac, no?
