Thanks for your reply.

We are still at very early stage looking at CKAN and just started last 2
week.
We have a plan to propose similar idea to our govt after we play around and
come out with prototype based on CKAN.

Do you have any recommendation on best resources on the net that I can use
for
inputs to my proposal in convincing our govt to do the similar to uk site?
Yes... I already google and have found some good references.

For a chat with Seb is a good idea. But, I would suggest we do it a little
later
so that my team can have more info & knowledge on this initiative.
