Ouch, that hurt :)

Anyway, I managed to get it working and right now it translates rdf to
packages (i.e the opengov.se harvester is working)
The mapping needs to be revised though, as some fields like the
description or the resources are not being stored, and some others
maybe are not worth storing in the extras.
