[ckan-dev] Standard CKAN system image for EC2 [was: Viele Grüsse von Norwegen]

I think this is *really* important.  Look at the trouble poor Pascal's
been having getting CKAN running on the ckan-dev mailing list.

I have added a note to the issue.

What can we do to make this happen soon?!
