[ckan-dev] datapkg 0.9 default config still points to ckan.net

Thank you, I really did not notice it! Rufus, should I again rename my

Alright, let's see what Rufus has to say about. Meanwhile, I am still
referencing datapkg in my setup.py and my program is taking care about
the old progr
