Heads-Up CKAN developers: if you've not done this already, update your
version of repoze.who to 1.0.19.
$ pip install repoze.who==1.0.19

This is due to some problems encountered with cookies
(cset:b9070620a8f7). The version number has changed in
requires/lucid_present.txt. There are failing tests for this on
default.
