[ckan-dev] deleting packages

How do we delete a package?

   1. When viewing the package, click the "Edit" tab.
   2. Close to the bottom of the form should be the field called "State".
   Change the value from "active" to "deleted".
   3. Hit save

I can't find a field called "State."
