[ckan-dev] Dataset in group more than once

Hi all,

here's an interesting problem in CKAN c79eba8d23ca

 * http://offenedaten.de/dataset/bmbf-dk-tab-0-1

This is now part of the same group three times. Yes, I did it, but its
still a bug - it should be set(). Still, the math in general does not
add up: there are 3 "normal" packages in the DB, 200 packages in the
group (or 600 as it likes to say) but the front page indicates it has
250 packages indexed.
