Wanted to let everyone know that <http://wiki.ckan.net/> has been
renamed to <http://wiki.ckan.org/>.

Redirection is in place so there is no immediate need to update
bookmarks or links but recommend using the new .org address when
giving out links going forward.

This is in line with proposed name clarification (CKAN = software
going forward with primary site at http://ckan.org/, Community site
ckan.net -> thedatahub.org)
