I'm writing to propose we have CKAN as its own organization on github:
http://github.com/CKAN

(NB: I have reserved this space but until we decide whether to use it,
it will be inoperative).

For using it:

* All CKAN repos in one place (difficult to find all the ckan repos
under http://github.com/okfn)
* Easier way to administer stuff

Against:

* It's a change and some links will have to be updated (as a hack we
can always move the repos and then re-fork back to okfn ...)
