Is it hard to find ckan repos as it is? I think it's quite easy to find
them on the okfn page as they all start with ckan and you can do a
search.

Will it help with this? Currently on github we can add teams to the okfn
organisation, add users to teams, and add teams to individual repos one
by one. Wouldn't it be just the same with a ckan org?
