Hello Team

I want to make a few points of clarity as to areas of the code that people
are responsible for.

Toby is in charge of all templates changes, and all the stuff that gets
handed to templates.  It is very important that code in this area is
reviewed by Toby as he will have final say on how we approach this.  Toby
will also therefore be responsible for defining best practice in this area
and should inform us of what we should do when making changes to them.
On top of this Toby will be responsible for our plugin interface and will
be trying to define the line between out main app and our extensions.

Aron will likewise responsible for our javascript any non trivial change
should be code reviewed by him.

Please contact these people for any help you need in these areas.
