[ckan-dev] template comments

Hi,

looking at the html on datahub.io we are getting lots of template comments
getting into our generated pages these are from facets.html

remember to use <!--!  for template only comments


fixed in commit ded67ed  @adria can you cherry pick this into 1.7?
