No you can't atm. Also do you mean you can't remove the facet or you
can't remove a filter you've applied with a facet.

You mean move the data loaded flash or absolute position it on top of

Yes, that's really tricky. In the pass the far RHS drop down went off
the screen. I will have to do some fancy CSS footwork to get that to
work properly ...
