[ckan-dev] 100% for Italian 1.8 translation

Hi,
I just gave the finishing touches on Transifex and arrived at 100% for the Italian 1.8 translation.
I looked at the code on Git when in doubt. Of course it should be tested on a live 1.8 installation to correct all imperfections...
