[ckan-dev] New trac milestones

Hi,

I've created some new milestones

`ckan 2.0` for things needed for the 2.0 release outside of separate
milestones eg `demo phase x`

I think that the ckan 1.9 milestone can stay for none 2.0 stuff but we can
kill that if too confusing

Demo  Theme
`demo theme 4` has been renamed `demo phase 5` and a new `demo theme 4`
created
This is part of how us demo theme guys like to roll

I will start going through the now phase 5 tickets and start moving into
phase 4 for more urgent demo stuff and into ckan 2.0 for tickets that are
not really demo theme but core issues

@aron feel free to cherry pick any tickets you fancy or that are quick wins
