[ckan-dev] Proposal: A new plugin interface to modify the dataset search

Hi all,
I've written a small proposal to add a new plugin interface, that
would allow extensions to:

 * Modify the query being sent to Solr

 * Modify the results returned

The most immediate use for it will be integrating the spatial search
with the generic search, but it's worth discussing it a bit, because
maybe upcoming projects will need similar functionality.
