[ckan-dev] CKAN upgrade

Hello,

I want to upgrade my CKAN installation from a v1.6 to the current
version. Its an "from Source" install. But I was not able to find
documentation about the upgrade process for a from source install.
Does some documentation of the steps required for an "from Source"
upgrade exist?
