Thanks Salman, we really need to add a 'troubleshooting' section to the
FileStore and File Uploads docs listing all the common problems and
solutions, problems with setting up filestore are coming up on ckan-dev
a lot. I've made a ticket to get this done: http://trac.ckan.org/ticket/2761
