[ckan-dev] datacatalogs.org query

Hi John & all,

A couple of questions about datacatalogs.org:

1. I believe it was once set up with the moderatededits extension. Is
that still true, and if so how does it work? Would it still work if
the version of CKAN were upgraded?

2. Is there a way of getting a feed of changes? I'm guessing the
answer is 'no' unless it's upgraded to 1.7-ish.
