[ckan-dev] group_list_available missing?

Hey, I was just updating the API docs with vocabs stuff and I noticed
something odd (unrelated to vocabs), group_list_available seems to be
missing from ckan/logic/action/get.py.

It's in ckan/logic/auth/ and it's in the API docs, but it looks like it
got removed from logic/action/ a while ago.

Are the docs wrong, or is logic/action/get.py wrong?
