[ckan-dev] CKAN install instructions for OS X 10.7 Lion

Hey,

My Ubuntu blew up over the weekend (I think it may have been a corrupt
Master Boot Record) so I had to move over to OS X and get a CKAN source
install setup on it. I've added some more detailed instructions for Lion
to the wiki:

If you're running CKAN on OS X take a look and see if you can add
anything. Getting PostgreSQL working was particularly tricky, there
seems to be a problem with a version of postgres that comes preinstalled
on Lion.
