[ckan-dev] python-ckan has no installation candidate

Hi, that means that apt-get cannot find the package python-ckan. Since
it's not a standard debian/ubuntu package you have to tell apt about it
first, by telling apt about our apt.ckan.org server. Did you run the
first five commands under "Run the Package Installer" successfully?
