[ckan-dev] python-ckan has no installation candidate

I did run the first five commands and I believe that
echo "deb http://apt.ckan.org/ckan-1.6 lucid universe" | sudo tee
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/okfn.list
will add apt.ckan.org to my sources.list
What else could be missing?
