[ckan-dev] python-ckan has no installation candidate

Looks like the python-ckan package is missing in
http://apt.ckan.org/ckan-1.6/pool/universe/p/   (compare with
http://apt.ckan.org/ckan-1.5.1/pool/universe/p/ for instance).  Let me see
if I can fix that...
