[ckan-dev] lib.helpers.datetime_to_date_str() can we remove?

hi,

datetime_to_date_str() is defined in lib.helpers but is no longer used in
ckan core and is of limited use, it's just a wrapper to .isoformat()

Do we have any known users I want to remove it.
