That's great, and could be useful.  Is the code accessible or are you still wanting to work on it a while?

If you wanted things to move slightly faster and have the  time/energy/motivation you could always check out the CKAN code - If there are features you think would be useful we do accept pull requests :D

It was really for my benefit so I can more easily keep track of the linked data related conversations.  If we don't get any more feedback on the idea I'll just drop it :)
