(Though if people find it useful, it would be better hosted elsewhere
long term. Could thedatahub.org host a service like this somehow,
hopefully incorporating ideas from mine and Tim's code?)

My code will currently replace whatever description was already there,
with what it finds in the VoID. It's a shame to lose extra information
added in  the thedatahub forms, though it's not obvious what the most
useful  merge strategy is. Any ideas? Perhaps, no removals, only
augment the record (if it exists) with the VoID import?
