[ckan-dev] CKAN Browser Testing Methodology

Hullo all, 

I've written a quick doc on how we should approaching front end browser testing for CKAN from now on and I'd love to get everyone's feedback on it.

Does anyone have thoughts on best practices? Should we be doing some front-end automation testing of the core features? Should we have a more aggressive stance on browser version support? What should we do in order to test for mobile? Answers on a postcard.
