Good point David, even if it is not very accurate, the 'built in' social
uses no JavaScript as it is just links and so cannot give counts. Trying to
actually get numbers from twitter etc would be a maintenance nightmare.  I
think this may be why ShareThis gives wrong numbers as it just uses it's
own counters not the real ones.
