[ckan-dev] File Upload Users

Sorry, I sent the mail accidentally.

We are using organizations plugin.

Any hints on the problem? Is this expected behaviour? I mean - it kind of
ruins the feature for us, because we obviously don't want to make all users
to sysadmins.
