[ckan-dev] File upload error

Once again, I have installed Ubuntu 10.4 and CKAN 1.7 using package. Then
ini file has been changed. The same error is occurred. Attached files are
logs in apache2. Can you let me know how it can be solved? Thanks in
advance.
