[ckan-dev] right to left language

Hi,

i use ckan1.8, i have adding a new language that i want to used with french
or english version but this new language read it from right to left and the
 layout_basic.html in the templates folder  was created left to right.
how can i do to use the layout_basic.html file with rtl and ltr.
