[ckan-dev] Harvest validation error

Found my confusion, or at least some of it. It looks like the fix for okfn/ckan#716 is in master, but not in the release-v2.0 branch:

If it isn't too complicated, is there any chance of getting those commits into release-v2.0? I'm hoping to get a demo together for next week that depends on release-v2.0 functionality.

Still don't know why I got different behavior in different environments, but that's neither here nor there...
