[ckan-dev] Trouble installing CKAN from source on Ubunto 12.04.2 LTS

Hi Fred,

Just a tip in the dark, is your database running in Unicode mode? and does
your database have a ckanuser user?

Otherwise, i have a shell script here which does the setup of the current
master build on an Ubuntu 12.04 at it all works there. (Except for a weird
issue with solr not serving the search results)
