[ckan-dev] CKAN packages

Just to be clear, the current packages will only work on Ubuntu 10.04
and only target CKAN 1.8 and 1.7

We are working on a new packaging that will work with Ubuntu 12.04 as
well. We can discuss this in the dev meeting today.
