[ckan-dev] CKAN packages

Hi!

Does anyone know how we build the packages for CKAN? I'm trying to
reproduce Issue
#800<https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/800#issuecomment-16864165>locally
and the installation fails because of a package conflict. I want to
see if I can get the config files and reproduce the issue manually.

Note for when we're packaging ckan-2.0, python-marksafe is now
python-markupsafe.
