[ckan-dev] Deciding default value of field in datastore

Thanks for the response Henrik. We are more or less preparing/doing the
same, I just wondered why the CKAN team has chosen not to implement this
feature in the datastore api (I guess it's simple). My guess is that they
had to stop expanding the datasotore api at some point (to get something
out).

All-in-all this is a feature request :-)
