I am happy with the crude search approach, possibly even with an
autocomplete, to help find groups. The need for faceting is really not
essential. The only things to facet on would be custom extras anyway.

I just think we need a way, when there are >30 orgs/groups that people do
not have to page through them all.

I think indexing is overkill as there will never be huge amounts of
groups/orgs.
