[ckan-dev] created resources in dataset - can't access the dataset anymore?

1600 seems like quite a lot, can you still access it through the API?  I am
guessing, but I can imagine that CKAN is still busy processing the request by
the time NGINX decides that it has had quite enough time. Perhaps it would be
better to have a group of datasets and split up the resources between them?
