Yeah, I'll need to discuss this further as I need to get the harvesters
working again on publicdata.eu, so I need to know what branch to work
off. Shall we talk about it next week?

For publicdata.eu, I think for a first pass we just want ckanext-harvest
and the ckan harvester to work, I don't think we mind if the harvest web
pages themselves are the old CKAN 1.x pages or even if they're
completely non-functional.
