[ckan-dev] Server Error An internal server error occurred

Hi.
I'm from Ukraine. I want to make a opendata hub for Ukraine.
Installed CKAN few day ago on lokalhost Ubuntu 12.04.

1. Postrgres dont want work without:

sudo chmod 777 /var/run/postgresql/
sudo mkdir -p /var/run/postgresql

2.
Added a few datasets from test and from frontpage. But they don`t open on
site.

Аn error on the site:
Server Error  An internal server error occurred
