[ckan-dev] Solr schema changes discussion

Hi,

As agreed on the dev meeting, I kicked-off a discussion about how we
should handle changes on the Solr schema in this PR, in case people
want to chip in:

It would be good to get an agreement on this soon and implement it on
2.1 so if you care about Solr and the schema, please how your say.
