[ckan-dev] Installing CKAN from package, set permissions for DataStore fails.

I've installed CKAN from a package and want to activate DataStore. Everything runs fine until Set Permissions is due.
Option 1 is via the Paster Command which aren't used when installing from a package. Option 2 fails with the following:

An error occured: ERROR:  syntax error at or near "ALL"
LINE 1: GRANT SELECT ON ALL TABLES IN SCHEMA public TO "datastore_de...

I've ignored Option 3...

Can someone help out with setting permissions correctly when installing from package?
