[ckan-dev] DataProxy returned an error

Hello.

I clicked my dataset and tried to see details of resource. It was CSV and
XML file.
But I got an error:

This resource can not be previewed at the moment. Click here for more
information.

Could not load preview: DataProxy returned an error (Data transformation
failed. error: An error occured while connecting to the server: Unable to
fetch URL: MyURL)

When the resource file is image file or etc, it works well.

I don't know what to do, and what is the matter?
