[ckan-dev] API: "administered packages" - Getting a list of packages created by specific user

Hi, 

When I use the API to get a list of users, the json includes a field "number_administered_packages" for each user.  This implies that the relationship between packages and  users is maintained somehow.  How would I use the API, or some other method, to get a list of packages that was created by a given user.
