[ckan-dev] Clean up CKAN repo

Hi everybody,

Apparently there are some very old files in the CKAN repo. Age can be an indicator that the file is not maintained/ needed any more. If you could spend a minute looking at [1] and uncheck those files that are still needed. I will make a pull request where all files that are checked will be removed.
