[ckan-dev] Add Dataset Problem

Yes you are correct! It's thc 2.0 CKAN package!

I do not remember the exact steps from the beginning but looking at  
your file everything looks familiar and I don't understand why is not  
working!

Initially I thought as well that there is a problem with file  
permissions or something missing but couldn't find anything on the  
logs and I don't know where to look at... If you have any ideas on  
where to start looking it would be great!
